WHAT HAPPENED?
Son was always going to be the star of the show while on pre-season tour of his native South Korea, and the Spurs forward took the opportunity to pose with K-Pop girl group NewJeans. Son and the five-strong group took a photo with the girls holding up Tottenham shirts with their names on it.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Tottenham suffered a 2-1 defeat against Bayern Munich in their pre-season friendly in Seoul. Spurs have been touring Japan and Korea this summer, having won 4-3 against a K-League XI earlier this week, in which Son scored twice.

WHAT NEXT FOR SON AND SPURS?
Having wrapped up their Asian tour, Spurs will face off once more against Bayern in a week's time at home in north London. Ange Postecoglou's men will then have their first Premier League game of the season against newly-promoted Leicester City on August 19th, with Son expected to feature.
